Cliff has a multi-faceted experience base in the US wireless industry. He is an entrepreneurial executive having held transformational leadership roles that include driving next generation RAN network development, building a wireless network from inception, dramatically improving the network performance of major wireless markets, developing and executing new strategies to transform network build and real estate performance. Additionally, Cliff has substantial experience developing and negotiating major infrastructure, deployment, and real estate agreements in the wireless industry.

Cliff is presently negotiating master license agreements with key jurisdictions to enable deployment of 5/4G small cells in the public right-of-way. Cliff resides in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys playing golf and guitar in his spare time.
