Cory Autrey, Vice President – Land Use Entitlements

Cory brings 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry from the perspective of both wireless carrier and site acquisition vendor, specializing in network development lease negotiations and public right-of-way land use.

Cory obtained extensive knowledge of the Joint Pole (JPA) processes in Southern California while managing the Joint Pole Committee office during the start of his 24 year telecommunications career. Cory went on to gain expertise in all facets of public right-of-way cell site deployment responsible for leasing, land use and other jurisdictional permitting requirements including right-of-way code / policy review and creation.

Cory has 10 years of total experience working directly for Sprint and AT&T and understands the carrier’s perspective and network design. He also managed wireless and joint pole operations for a major engineering firm specializing in deployment of antenna infrastructure in the public rights-of-way for all major wireless carriers. While most recently working for AT&T, Cory managed the western region and further established himself as an expert in DAS and Small Cell contract negotiations.

Cory has also served as a Community Services Commissioner and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
