Community Meetings

We support our clients’ site acquisition teams at community meetings to answer questions which may arise about the permitting process for wireless communications facilities.

Public Hearings

We review the record in advance of public hearings to confirm that the record is accurate and complete and that all our rights are protected under federal, state and local law. We appear at public hearings to represent the applicant before the decision-makers and to address all arguments raised at the hearing.

Administrative Appeals

We regularly appear before planning commissions, city and county councils, or hearings officers to advocate for permit approvals on appeal. Many appeal hearings are “de novo”, where the record is open for all participants to present new testimony at the appeal. It is important to create a proper record at these appeal hearings.
