Debora Adinolfi, Paralegal/Sr. Program Manager

As a paralegal, Deby brings over 24 years of real estate experience in the telecommunications industry specializing in complex title issues, contract analysis, and RFP and construction contract development and implementation. Deby is dedicated to working with Native nations focusing on new fiber broadband expansion, tower construction and implementation. Over the past few years, she has concentrated on assisting Native nations with the following grant programs: NTIA/TBCP, CPUC/LATA, State of California MMBN projects. Deby has experience in the complicated entitlement/permitting process for several federal agencies, including the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, and the USFS.

Deby enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, baking and photography.
