Hannah Borris

Hannah has over 10 years of experience managing land-use planning and policy issues primarily for the wireless communications industry. She began her planning career in San Diego working on community-based planning efforts and in urban design studios focused on affordable housing. After working as a Staff Planner with the City of San Ramon, Hannah spent the last 10 years representing AT&T as a project manager for Ericsson, and as a siting policy manager for T-Mobile.

Hannah attended the University of California San Diego and earned her BA in Urban Studies and Planning, where she graduated with Provost Honors. She is pursuing a Master of Urban Planning degree and looks forward to focusing her studies on public policy as it relates to smart city development and planning. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys traveling, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her son.
