Liz Walker, Attorney

Liz brings over 23 years of expertise in guiding clients through the complexities of wireless network development. Her experience includes conducting site due diligence, negotiating leases, and obtaining land use entitlements for site modifications, colocations, new raw land sites, small cell networks and distributed antenna systems.

Her extensive land use experience includes representing carriers and tower companies at community meetings and land use hearings before planning commissions, city councils, county commissions, and boards of adjustment, in over 30 different jurisdictions throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico and Wyoming.

Liz also has a private mediation practice where she specializes in helping parties resolve civil and real estate disputes. She coaches new mediators and teaches continuing legal education seminars on mediation, ethics, and real estate related topics.

Education

Liz graduated from Creighton University Law School in 1995. She received a Master of Arts degree from the University of Tulsa in 1991 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University in 1988.
