Liz Walker, Attorney
Liz has over 16 years of experience helping clients meet their wireless network development goals. Her experience includes conducting site due diligence, negotiating leases, and obtaining land use entitlements for site modifications, colocations, new raw land sites, and large and small scale distributed antenna systems.
Her extensive land use experience includes representing carriers and tower companies at community meetings as well as at hearings before planning commissions, city councils, boards of adjustment, and county commissioners, in over 20 different jurisdictions throughout Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico.
Liz also has a private mediation practice where she specializes in resolving real estate disputes. She teaches continuing legal education seminars on topics including mediating real estate disputes and mediator ethics.

Liz graduated from Creighton University Law School in 1995. She received a Master of Arts degree from the University of Tulsa in 1991 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University in 1988.
