Sunny has over 13 years of experience in land-use planning, zoning, and permitting. Sunny attended the University of Washington and earned her BA in Community and Environmental Planning. She is a LEED Accredited Professional with a strong background in site development, GIS, architecture, and design review. Prior to WPG, Sunny was a land-use manager, for clients such as AT&T, Verizon, American Tower, and Sprint.

Sunny enjoys spending time with her husband and children, cooking, architecture, and travel. She is also fluent in Khmer.
